We have returned from our training camp in the Czech Republic. The wonders of McRonalds wifi meant we could still give the riders their rest on time and so this camp became a big succes. A short review:
First day: travelling and a carsick Don. Fun to see the great leader vomit.
Second day: Visiting Prague, stunning views and a training of the leg muscels by walking up the steep hill to the Palace. Eating Pizza because The Don doesn't trust Czech food.
Third day: Canoeing for the team spirit. The Don decided he wasn't going to do anything but sitting in the front of the canoe, giving the work to the rider behing him. After that we had to climb, but The Don decided he found stairs scary enough and therefore we lay in the sun and relaxed.
Fourth day: Visist to the Asian black market. The Don decided not to buy their pathetic katami's, shurikens and tasers because he has better weapons himself. Ate Pizza because The Don doesn't trust Asian black market food either
Fifht day: Some activities The Don decided not to do because he is too scared, so we just lay in the sun and relaxed. Mountainbiking, because we had to do something with cycling involved.
Sixth day: journey back home, unfortunately The Don didn't got carsick this time, so the journey bored the heck out of us.
So what have we learned form this trip:
1.Do not trust foreign food
2. Lying in the sun can be a training too.
3. Always look if there isn't a hole in the bag The Don vomits in, because the bus gets very messy.
4. Toilets with glass doors suck.
5. if you only have time to sleep for an hour and a half, just don't sleep
6. Wifi saves lives

Team went partying in Croatia a while ago after Ponika won Mrt. The trip did the team well. Shortly after we won a stage at Cymru and finished 3rd in Perm. Hows it with your team?
